Terms and Conditions

These terms are between you and Homework Guy (“we”, “us”), the operator of the learning portal at homeworkguy.app. Contact: support@homeworkguy.live, +1 (408) 709-4522.

By requesting access, starting a subscription, or booking a session, you agree to these terms, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

1. What you are buying

Homework Guy sells digital access to the learning portal, and optional live tutoring related to that software.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax or VAT. Tax, when it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout. Current prices are also listed on the pricing section of the website. If a price on the page and a price at checkout ever differ, the checkout price is the one you pay, and we will correct the page.

2. What we do not provide

We do not write essays or papers for you, complete graded assignments, sit exams or quizzes in your name, impersonate you, or access your school, learning-management, or proctoring accounts. The AI study coach explains material and generates practice. Tutors comment and teach. You are responsible for the work you submit to your school.

We do not guarantee a grade, a score, or admission to any course or program.

3. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, we email a portal login to the address used at checkout, usually within one business day. If we fail to deliver that login because of a technical problem, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund of that charge under the Refund Policy.

Course resources are available inside the portal while your subscription is active. They are for your personal study. Live sessions are scheduled by email or WhatsApp after payment.

4. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Portal, Portal + AI Coach, and Portal + AI Coach + Tutoring are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically each month at the price you agreed at checkout, until you cancel.

You can cancel any time before the next renewal date:

Cancellation stops the next charge. It does not end access early. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Unused tutoring sessions do not roll into the next period. Any refund is handled only under the Refund Policy.

The $80 extra session is a single purchase. It does not renew.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the portal, quizzes, resources, study tools, and AI coach for your own learning. You may not:

6. AI study coach

The AI coach is software inside the portal on the $49 and $100 plans. It can explain a step, build practice questions, and point at topics you miss. It can be wrong. Check anything important against your course materials. It is not a teacher of record and it is not a ghostwriter.

7. Tutoring sessions

A session is 45 minutes and is held by chat, as we confirm when we schedule it. Draft feedback is written comments on a document you wrote. We do not replace your draft with a new one. Refunds for a session, if any, follow the Refund Policy and are not subject to a separate rule.

8. Intellectual property

The portal, quizzes, study tools, and course resources are owned by Homework Guy or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to use them during an active paid period. Notes and drafts you upload stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to provide the service you asked for.

9. Payments

You pay at checkout on this website. Our payment provider charges the payment method, calculates any applicable tax, emails the receipt, and processes refunds. We do not store, ask for, or accept card numbers by email, WhatsApp, or Discord.

The payment provider’s buyer terms apply to the payment itself. Those terms do not replace this page. Where this page describes what you receive, how renewal works, and when you can cancel, this page is the product agreement.

10. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. We do not add conditions or exceptions of our own.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The portal and tutoring are study aids. We do not warrant that the portal will be error-free or always available, or that using it will produce a particular academic result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost grades, lost time, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

12. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The terms in force when you paid apply to that charge. If we change the price of a renewing subscription, we will tell you by email before the new price is charged, and you can cancel before that renewal.
