Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases on homeworkguy.app. It is part of our Terms. Homework Guy does not add extra conditions, exceptions, or qualifiers.

1. How a refund works

Unless the law requires otherwise, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You may still request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Each request is reviewed and may be approved in full, approved in part, or declined. Sending a request within 14 days does not by itself guarantee a refund.

If the law where you live gives you a right to withdraw, including for consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK, you can withdraw within 14 days of the transaction.

If we fail to deliver the portal login because of a technical problem, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund of that charge.

2. How to request one

Use the link in your receipt or confirmation email, or email support@homeworkguy.live. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from the link in your confirmation email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You are not charged again after that, and access continues until that period ends. Instructions are also on the pricing section.
